Monday off
So what have I been up to since my last post? I bought four winter coats. That's right, four. I actually took two back yesterday, though. Which is GOOD. I didn't want to have all of that on my credit card! One of the ones I'm keeping is a bit nicer. It's for work, knee-length and really cute, if I do say so myself. And a bit different than anything else I'd been seeing in the stores, so that's good. The other coat I'm keeping is actually going to be a Christmas present from my grandma. It's a grey peacoat, casual, to wear with jeans and stuff.
So that was Friday, the shopping extravaganza with my mom. I also bought two new suits, one which is for my birthday from my mom, and the other which I bought for myself. It was on sale, and I needed another suit, so that worked out well.
On Saturday, I worked. I took a little nap in the afternoon, and went to see Love Actually at night. Good movie!
Sunday was Jamie's shower. It was very nice! Good to see everyone, and I think Jamie had fun. ;) How many cars did it take to get the gifts home? Hehe. Sunday was ALSO Emily's birthday. So a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EMILY!! Mwuah!
Today, I have the day off. I need to do some serious Christmas shopping, though. Gah. So many things to buy, it's nuts. I'm making a list right now. I hate Christmas shopping. Therefore, I'm trying to get it done NOW, hopefully before the mall gets too terribly crowded. Okay, off to do that.
