Thursday, 7/31/08: Painter's Kit

Thursday, 7/31/08: Painter's Kit

That "few things" ended up being a Beginner Painter's Kit, which was completely, amazingly awesome. There was just about everything I needed to paint, with the possible exception of a long pole for the roller, and a ladder, neither of which would've fit into the box very well.

The best part of the kit was Dad's five-page collection of painting tips, which were extremely helpful. One of them even reminded me that I'm not a professional painter. *g* The second-best item in the kit was that little red hand bucket there. It's got a magnet that holds the paintbrush for you while you climb up and down the ladder! It's light and easy on the hand and was definitely the most convenient tool we had.

Isn't my dad the best? THANKS, DAD!! :D
