Best lunch ever. Papa preparada (potato ball) sandwich with avacado, fried banana chips, and the best fruit tart ever made. Mmmmm! Every time I have a training class in Glendale (a few times a year), I eat at the Porto's Bakery there. They opened a Porto's in Burbank months ago, and somehow I'd never managed to go. Silly me! I almost wish I'd gotten another sandwich and tart to go, because I could definitely eat another one right now. May I repeat: Mmmmm!
Three day weekends are a lovely, lovely thing. I have been completely lazy today, lounging in front of the TV with the laptop and the cats. I have nothing pressing to do all weekend. It's a wonderful feeling.
